I'm 19 turning 20, 5'2 and working on getting rid of my "freshman 15" and my body to my goal weight in a healthy way. This blog is to help me stay motivated :) I am a healthy blog only! I do not support eating disorders in any way. I worked at a treatment center for eating disorders and saw what a scary and real disease it is, and in no way would ever want to encourage that to anyone.

Major motivation for me, this is what I looked like 2-3 years ago. It makes me so sad/mad/happy that I used to look like this, but at least I know this is attainable and a real goal

holy update!

been awhile, I’ve been insane with school lately! but I’ve still been working out and semi-eating healthy. I’ve cut back my soda intake A LOT, I couldn’t even tell you the last time I had soda! :) energy drinks are still an occasion along with my frappuccino’s. :P I’ve startedĀ BrazilianĀ butt lift, and needless to say that is one intense leg/butt work out along with working your core. I actually just finished two of the videos from it. I’ll posting how I look now, I see changes but my scale hasn’t changed too much, I’m still 114-116 depending on when I weigh myself and if it’s that time of the month-.-
