been awhile, I’ve been insane with school lately! but I’ve still been working out and semi-eating healthy. I’ve cut back my soda intake A LOT, I couldn’t even tell you the last time I had soda! :) energy drinks are still an occasion along with my frappuccino’s. :P I’ve startedĀ BrazilianĀ butt lift, and needless to say that is one intense leg/butt work out along with working your core. I actually just finished two of the videos from it. I’ll posting how I look now, I see changes but my scale hasn’t changed too much, I’m still 114-116 depending on when I weigh myself and if it’s that time of the month-.-
